How pricing works
For items listed in our online booking tool, you can review the total price before confirming. The price depends on the items, postcode and access. For mixed loads or work not listed, send photos so we can assess the job and provide a separate quote. We confirm any extra charges before you book.
Booking online
For bulky waste collection or pickup, enter your postcode, select the items, choose an available collection time and enter your details. Check the displayed price and access details before confirming. If you prefer, send photos via WhatsApp and we can discuss your request in English.
Collection from an upper floor
Tell us the floor number, whether a usable lift is available and if a large item needs dismantling. We check safe access and confirm any additional work or charge before the collection is booked.
What we do not take
We do not collect asbestos or suspected asbestos. Paint, gas cylinders, chemicals, oil and batteries cannot be booked through our standard online collection service. Please use the appropriate hazardous-waste collection service.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to put things outside?
Tell us whether the items are indoors or upstairs. We can often collect them from inside, but we first confirm access, lifting requirements and any additional charge.
Is this the municipal bulky-waste collection service?
No. RommelWeg is a private collection company. Municipal bulky-waste services and rules differ by municipality. You can compare your local council’s options with our booking price before deciding.
