We can clear a rental property, an apartment or a home being prepared for sale. Send us the address, photos, access details and any written handover requirements. We confirm which rooms, belongings and optional repairs are included before the work starts.
What to include with your quote request
Send photos of each room, including any attic, shed or garage. Tell us which floor the property is on, whether there is a lift, and your preferred completion date. Mention any flooring, cleaning or small repairs that may also be needed. If the home is rented, share the landlord’s handover requirements.
If you are arranging the clearance from abroad, tell us who can provide access and which belongings must stay. We agree on key handling and the work before starting.

Do I need to be there?
Not necessarily. We can agree on access through you, your landlord or your estate agent. We confirm who is authorised to provide the key and which items must stay before starting.
Is flooring removal or deep cleaning included?
Not automatically. We leave the agreed rooms broom-clean. If you need flooring removed, extra cleaning or small repairs for a landlord inspection, tell us when requesting your quote. We will confirm what is included before starting.
Will the landlord approve the handover?
The landlord decides whether the property meets their requirements. Please send us the handover checklist before we quote, so we can agree on the work we can carry out. We cannot guarantee an inspection outcome.
What happens to items that are still usable?
Where possible, usable items get a second life. Other materials are sorted for appropriate disposal or recycling.
Do you collect hazardous waste?
We do not handle asbestos or suspected asbestos. Tell us beforehand about paint, chemicals, gas cylinders or other hazardous materials so we can explain what needs separate disposal.
