Before we quote
Tell us the flooring type, area in square metres and whether it is glued down. Mention underfloor heating or hidden pipes before we quote: removing bonded flooring can damage what lies beneath. If the property was built before 1994, tell us about old vinyl, floor tiles or black adhesive. We do not remove suspected asbestos-containing materials; these require specialist assessment. We agree on the scope and risks before starting.
Removing a kitchen as well?
Kitchen demolition is a separate job from floor removal. If you also need old kitchen cabinets, worktops or tiles removed, send photos and describe which connections remain. We assess the work and provide a quote for the agreed scope.

The price depends on the type of floor, the surface area and how it is fixed. We confirm the scope, disposal and any extra work in your quote.
