Broom-clean or deep cleaning?
Broom-clean means the agreed rooms are cleared and swept. Washing windows, cleaning inside cupboards, removing limescale and repairing damage are separate tasks unless included in your quote. The landlord or buyer decides whether the property meets their handover requirements.
