How we work
- You decide what the family keeps; we set those items aside
- Personal photos, documents and valuables we come across are set aside for you to review
- Usable items get a second life where possible
- We leave the agreed rooms broom-clean; additional cleaning or repairs can be quoted separately
Working with the estate agent or notary
If you wish, we can coordinate access and timing with the estate agent, notary or housing association. We agree in advance which belongings must stay with the family.
Arranging a clearance from abroad
If you live outside the Netherlands, you can send photos and instructions by email. Tell us who is authorised to provide access and approve the work. We agree on key collection, items to keep and the handover arrangements before starting.
Before we clear a home after a bereavement
If you are arranging an estate or house clearance after a death, tell us who is authorised to make decisions and which belongings the family wishes to keep. Please identify important papers, photographs, jewellery and items of sentimental value before the clearance if possible. We agree on access, the rooms to be cleared and the handover date in advance.
Requesting a quote
Tell us where the property is, the handover deadline and which rooms need clearing. Photos help us assess the work without asking the family to move everything first.
